The big WIDE doors open startling us all. Baboom, baboom, baboom. I think my heart will inplode! My hands feel sweaty, tingly and numb. The tour guide showed us into a black room with posters about water. As we entered into the waterfall room, the water was trickling down into the drain. Some tour guides handed out blue sky raindrops. Suddenly, some of the water got blocked and a gate appeared to a secret entrance...
As we entered the next room everyones jaws dropped! If we're in pairs we'd lift up each others jaws! As we slowly walked into the room, we wondered what the olden-day tap in the middle of the room was there for. Suddenly, it started moving!... A few thought it was a ghost! So the rest of us comforted them. As the tour guide told us to turn around he said "move your hands up and down to create waves, but don't touch the screens". We tried and it actually worked! Waves appeared on the screen as we moved our arms.
Later on, our lights went off. It showed us how bad water pollution is and how its affecting our world. It was so bad, it felt like we were going to cry! But then the olden-day tap was going 'creeek, creeek.' No water was coming out! Lights started flashing, and finally turned off. We lifted up our our raindrops and layed them around the olden-day tap Suddenly, the water started flowing freely. We all sighed with relief. We sadly gave back our raindrops and walked into a different room with touch-screen iPads. We tapped what we would do to help get rid of water pollution. We filled in our details and looked around. Finally... WE HAD TO LEAVE!!!!!!

Space
In Science we have been learning about Space. We had a whole day of learning more about space. We wrote a story to describe what a little Alien would look like. Here are some of our stories.
Lauren in Space
MY MOMENT IN SPACE One evening I was lying in bed reading a book all about space and suddenly I appeared in space. I heard a little giggle behind me. I turned around and I saw a cute little alien. It’s name was Isabella. It looked like a square with spikes. She had little arms, medium eyes, little feet, a cute mouth and glitter all over her eye lashes and her spikes. She took me to her palace and let me stay for a sleep over on planet pluto. The next morning she flew me home I ran down stairs and yelled ‘‘MUM’’.

Another Space story
A DAY IN SPACE!!!
One evening I was reading an exciting book about space. All of a sudden I felt a slime blue hand on my shoulder and I turned around. I saw the bluest greenest color alien. I realised I was in space. The alien looked like a cute little alien. His hair was frizzy and he had chipmunk cheeks and fat lips and one eye. He showed me his home.We were on Venus. He had a brother a little sister a mum and dad. His house looked like a hamburger. He made me a cup of tea and it was scrumptious! We talked and talked till “poof’ I was home again.

A DAY IN SPACE
One evening I was reading an interesting book about space. All of a sudden I found myself in space! Someone tapped me on the shoulder.
Then I saw this cute looking Alien. The Alien was a girl and her name was Bella. Bella took me to her planet cause we were on Jupiter. She took me to the nearest planet which was Saturn where she lived.
This little cute Alien Bella looked like: she had a green skin. She had a blue suit. She had water fountain hair, she had one cute Alien eye which was in the middle. Her hair color was chestnut.
Finally Bella gave me a cup of tea. Then my mum called me on my cell phone. I said “bye” to Bella and got in my space shuttle!
